Welcome to Dreamtree Global. By accessing or using our software products, ERP solutions, cloud platforms, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. User Responsibilities
As a user of our software and ERP solutions, you agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including usernames and passwords.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business and contact information.
- Ensure all data entered into the software complies with applicable regulations and does not infringe third-party rights.
- Prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Services under your account.
3. Subscription & Invoicing Terms
Subscriptions to our cloud platforms and ERP modules are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your contract terms. Fees are non-refundable except as explicitly provided in your service level agreement. Failure to make payments when due will result in subscription suspension or termination.
4. Service Usage Policy
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the performance, integrity, or security of the cloud platforms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or networks.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any underlying code or layout of the software.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the software products, cloud platforms, source code, designs, and documentation belong exclusively to Dreamtree Global. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services during your active subscription period.
6. Liability Disclaimer & Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamtree Global and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Services.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms & Conditions or fail to pay subscription invoices. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our retention policy, and your right to access the ERP modules ceases immediately.
